K at least that complaint case is settled once and forever, and that wacky woman left so much msg on my office voicemail last Fri and Monday and she only left her name as Karen... WTH

So i think who e heck is that lady who left like 4503459345093 msgs and give her a call, and it came out to be that wacky complaint woman... ~sigh~

New Boss is soooo KL (his new nickname, wohaaaa), makes all his staff including my manager to have a headache and i nv experience before i would have 2 meetings within 3 days.... @_@
Preash someone go and educate him how we get things work. and not letting him to inject his new ideas and makes us working under a messy dept, making everyone stress coming to work. ~sigh~
maybe is abt time i need to type my CV.
