*Venting my anger*
I loathe work when some WTF customers scolded you in vulguar lang, queries LOTS AND LOTS of questions whereby you are not the one who cause the problem. And some *WTH* officers did not explain clearly to customers initially abt the products and customers complaining to us...... *aish me and my colleagues seemed to be the rubbish chute* listening to those customers shooting their problems and someore WTH do they need to shout... WE are not DEAF...

I wanna telling them we are born not for you to shout at or insulting us *for example, saying we have no brains, plus once i being scolded by one Ang Mo, he kept on saying ~fucking officer~...

*SIGH*

Sometimes, i have enough, feeling escaping and running to e nearby sea *thought none ard the vicinity of my workplace* to scream out LOUD........

*Another SIGH* This is how work life i am suffering.. *weep* No choice i understand sometimes customers need to vent their anger because of some stupid officers' fault... but I can't tolerate ppl who threw out VULGARITY......
