17 July 2008 (before the performance on stage)
DBSK were at the backstage preparing for the 60th KBS Anniversary event.
Manager reminded them once again: “Everyone listen, today there will be many VIPs attending the event. Give your very best on the stage.”
“Yes kyeong yeong cha” Everyone uttered and busily tiding their clothes and hair.
Jaejoong was adjusting his cherry Bob hair in front of the mirror.
Yunho sitting beside Jae looked at Jae’s hair and asked: “Joongie yah, you sure you don’t want to have some wax on your hair?”
Jaejoong: “Yunnie yah is ok, don’t you think I look yebbun without any wax on my cherry hair” *kept on shifting his fringe*
Yunho grinned, tilt his miniature face and gave a lovable stare at his adorable Boo Jae: “Yes Joongie, in my heart, you are always so charming like the stars up at the sky at night.”
Jae gave a pout back to Yunho.
Upon hearing the “love” tête-à-tête between them, Changmin (sitting beside Jaejoong) stared at the lovely couple *still admiring among themselves*
Changmin gave a *cough*: “Sorry to disturb Hyungs, but I think is about time”
Both Yunho and Jaejoong stood up from their seats. Jae helped Yun to adjust his shirt properly while Yun’s fingers brushed through Jae’s falling fringe.
“Yunho and Jaejoong Hyung, manager is here.” Junsu shouted beside the door, gazing at both of his Hyungs still standing in front of the mirrors.
Yunho and Jaejoong called back: “Ok, coming.”
Manager started to brief them on the opening, where the starting part is that each will stand beside one VIP and assist to press the set up button to light up the screen. After that they will commence their performance by singing two songs.
Someone came in and told the manager that they had 5 more mins to prepare.
Manager: “Ok everyone, we have 5 more mins.”
“Come on, let’s do our DBSK cheer” Yunho suggested, beamed at his Jae standing beside him.
All of them stood in a circle, hands piled up in between *Yun’s warm hands were above Jae’s*
Yunho shouted: “1, 2, 3”
All: “DBSK, DBSK, aza aza hwaiting.”
They could hear screaming and shouting of Cassiopeia below the stage while the Host introduced them: “Let’s us welcome, DBSK”
The Cassiopeia applauded and cheered: “DBSK, DBSK”
(On stage)
All of them smiled and proceed towards the long stretch of table. (in their usual DBSK vocal position)
Host continued: “Next, let’s us welcome our guest of honor and VIPs on stage”
Each VIP stood beside the members.
Host: “And now we will start our tonight’s 60th KBS Anniversary event ceremony”
*Unfortunately*Jaejoong was standing beside this VIP (Ajosshi) who was noted to be one of the most sickening *pervert* among the rest.
Only Yunho knew about this *heard from one of his Hyung* and at the very moment, he was so panicked about his Jae with this Ajosshi and kept staring at his direction, mumbling in his mind: “Oh Boo Jae, please look here. Please look at your beloved Yunnie!!” Now, Yunho had a huge urge to change the sitting position with Jae.
But Jae was seemed to be oblivious about the current situation and kept on smiling at the VIP. The *innocent* Jae put his right hand on the button and concurrently, the Ajosshi’s right hand was placed on top of Jae and standing close *less than 10cm* to him.
And at this moment, inside Yunho was burning with rage, feeling helpless: “How can he touch my Jae’s hand and stand so close to him?!?! And Boo Jae is still smiling amiably at that pervent. But what can I do now in front of so many Cassiopeia.” Yunho kept on gawking at Jae direction but Jae did not seem to notice his Yun’s anxious face expression and the Ajosshi’s hand was still on top of Jae.
In his fury mind, Yunho’s face suddenly darkened and his heart was fuming with fire: “Why Jae is not looking at my way? Why is Jae still smiling at him? Why can’t I do something?” He kept on asking “why” himself umpteen times.
Host: “Ok, 1,2.3”
The lights behind the screen lightened up.
*10mins past – Yunho’s mind was ticking*
Finally, the disgusting Ajosshi released his grip off Jae’s hand and Jae moved one step behind, admiring the lights above.
However poor Yunho, he had no interest in the beautiful scene behind. *his heart was burning* reiterating the three words: That F**ing pervert.
During the performance, Yunho was not in his excellent mood but he did not want to disappoint all his fans so he still put his best effort to perform *this is called the leader-sshi spirit*. But he could not hide his face expression from all the Cassiopeias’ observant eyes below the stage and through the video cameras; everyone could see his face was so stern and as black as the octopus’s ink. But what he bothered now is whether his dearly Jae also realizes the awful colour on his face?
(Backstage)
Junsu shrieked: “Ahhh, is finally over!”
Yoochun gaped at Junsu and nodded: “Ya, is over. But I find that something is wrong with our Yunho Hyung. He is not acting as his usual self on stage today. He looked……erm uptight and….”
Junsu cut in: “Yunho Hyung looked serious on stage all the time”
Yoochun added on: “Ya, but is not that kind of seriousness is totally different”
Changmin overheard their conversation and came over: “Yoochun Hyung, I agreed with you. I think is got to do with Jae Hyung and that VIP standing beside him.
Yoochun widened his eyes and impressed with Changmin: “Oh is it! Our genius dongsheng has the same opinion as me”
Changmin: “Of course Hyung, my right hand was also being molested by that Ajosshi”
Yoochun: “Ahhhhh”
*Junsu stared perplexedly at Yoochun and Changmin, still not catching what his Hyung and dongsheng were referring to, Omomo*
Opposite on the other side
Jae was now sitting beside his Yunho who was looking gloomy *Speechless*
*Few seconds past*
Jae gazed at his dear Yun and smiled: “Yunnie yah, you……… Angry??”
Yunho remained motionless.
Jae added: “I knew you are angry. Your face is as dark as the 75% cocoa chocolate bar Changmin was eating this morning… Erm……. because you are jealous”
Yunho mumbling out something: “That F**ing pervert”
Jae gawked at Yun: “Oh Yunnie yah, I knew that. I heard from LT Hyung that the VIP Ajosshi is a sordid pervert.”
Yunho was surprised: “Then why you still let that F** pervert him gripped your hand and smiled at him…..and ??” *Yunho was still not appeased*
Jae cut in: “Yo Yunnie yah, you must understand that Ajosshi is a very prestigious person for SM. We can’t defy him or else Lee Pujang will be in a very difficult situation which will also affect our future in this Korea Music Industry. So to do my job, I remained calm and kept smiling to that bastard”
Yunho eventually calmed down slightly and gazed to his beloved Jae: “Oh Boo Jae, it had been a difficult moment for you. I am…..so sorry I was mad just now.”
Jae beamed at his Yun: “It’s ok Yunnie yah, I knew your position. If I was you, I will also get annoyed….. or more than that, I will beat up that bastard….”
Yunho was so touched and grasped Jaejoong’s hands with his.
Back at home
Jaejoong was preparing supper at the kitchen for his dongshengs, while Junsu and Changmin were in the living room playing X-box and Yoochun was listening to his I-pod.
Yunho popped out his head into the kitchen: “Yo Boo Jae, what we are having tonight?"
Jae: “Oh kimchi soup”
Yun: “Mmmm, smell delicious” and went over to cuddle Jae from behind and smiled.
*Few minutes later*
Changmin walked in the kitchen followed by Junsu behind him. Changmin grumbled: “Ah Jaejoong Hyung, is dinner ready?? I am hungry”. Both of them saw the embrace between Yunho and Jaejoong.
Junsu was perplexed and uttered *scratching his head*: “I thought Yoochun Hyung said that Yunho Hyung……….Ahhhh” *his mouth was abruptly covered by Changmin’s hand*
Changmin smirked: “Sorry Yunho and Jaejoong Hyungs. Please continue, I think we will wait patiently for the dinner.”
Both Jaejoong and Yunho looked at each other and chortled.
P/S: Ok this is my first one-shot.. Sorrie it was not well done.. Aish
K, i am starting my fanfic on Jaena (to go against Jaeyin, omomo) but OF COURSE, my main attempt is still YUNJAE... hohoho
